Wicket Ideas is a secure shopping site and accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partner, Paypal. A Paypal account is not needed to purchase. Please note that we are unable to send an order out until payment has been received and has cleared.

At no time do we have access to any of your personal account details.



Due to the large weight of most of the items, we are happy for you to arrange collection from us or we can deliver within a 5 mile radius of Andover, Hampshire. Please do make sure you contact us to arrange this.

At Wicket Ideas, we want to deliver your purchases in the quickest and safest possible way. Products that are in stock will normally be shipped within 72 hours  on a 48 hour courier, unless specified. Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier and will require a signature upon it's arrival. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail or Courier service. Please let us know if there is a specific date that you need an item by... we will always do our best!

Products ordered at a weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday.

Please note that bespoke orders can take between 14 -28 days at busy times of the year so please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.


Returns Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but should you want to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Notice must be given in writing prior to sending them back.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery.
